As we begin the new year, we realize how grateful we are to offer help where it is most needed today, … fighting to save the American Dream for so many still.  While last year was full of ups and downs, our approach to handling loan modifications, short-sales and foreclosure defense has been affirmed over and over again.

We have made it our mission to advise, educate and offer many suggestions in our BLOG, including: avoid making the biggest mistake of waiting until it was too late in the legal process to get a lawyer (since you may lose valuable defenses); get your head “out of the sand and do something” (reminding you that “knowledge” is truly power); pursuing either a loan mod or short-sale does not mean you can’t be sued, .. you can! (it’s called “dual tracking”); likewise, if you have been sued that does not mean you’re not entitled to “due process” or have defenses to the bank’s claims – you do; and in either case,  you may still be afforded the opportunity to obtain a loan modification or short-sale – you just need to find the right people that can help you navigate those minefields.
